Karla Gómez is an Associate at Arias in Guatemala and has been part of the firm's labor preventive advisory team and the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department since 2021. She advises national and international clients on labor, social security and occupational health and safety matters, represents employers in judicial, constitutional and administrative proceedings (including before the Ministry of Labor), and assists clients during inspections by the Guatemalan Social Security Institute.
