Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at Aguilar Castillo Love in San José, Costa Rica, experienced in representing clients in international and domestic arbitration and complex litigation across sectors such as energy, M&A, construction, distribution, hospitality and bankruptcy, including enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. He is admitted to practice in Costa Rica and the State of New York and holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School (dissertation awarded with honors).
