Managing Partner at Lexincorp in Costa Rica and former Justice of the Supreme Court of Costa Rica, Alonso Vargas is an experienced litigator and arbitrator with deep expertise in civil, commercial, labor and judicial collection proceedings. He regularly advises banks, state entities and corporate clients and has represented domestic and international companies, insurers and financial institutions in complex judicial and arbitration matters.
