Senior Associate at Ferrere in Paraguay with several years' experience advising multinational companies and business groups on tax and customs matters, particularly tax planning and cross-border issues, and who has acted as a litigator in landmark tax refund cases. She teaches tax and financial law at Paraguayan universities, has been the Paraguayan correspondent for the IBFD since 2019, and has authored and contributed to specialized tax publications including content for VAT Navigator and Bloomberg – Tax & Accounting.
