Senior Associate at Ferrere and a member of the firm's Corporate & Commercial and Mergers and Acquisitions groups, advising local and international companies on day-to-day matters, project development, foreign investment and high-profile local and cross-border M&A (including acting as lead counsel in multijurisdictional transactions). She also advises on public-private partnerships and public tenders and is a professor of Commercial Contract Law at Universidad de Montevideo.
