Senior Counsel at Ferrere in Uruguay with extensive experience in administrative and regulatory matters, particularly in energy, utilities, infrastructure, public-private partnerships and telecommunications. She has held senior public-sector roles (including advisor to the Office of the President and Director/Chair of the Energy and Water Regulatory Agency) and is a professor of public law and coordinator of a master's program in administrative law and public management.
