Johann Schomberger

نبذة

Partner in Brigard Castro's Corporate team who advises national and international companies on commercial, contractual, corporate, consumer and transportation law and participates in the firm's Emerging Companies and Venture Capital team (Emprende Brigard Urrutia), advising startups on financing and early-stage legal matters. He holds a law degree and a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and an LL.M. (with honours) from Columbia University, and teaches commercial intermediation contracts in the Commercial Law postgraduate program at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
