Partner at Brigard Urrutia since 2007, a member of the firm's M&A team who advises local and foreign clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and other corporate matters. He is admitted in Colombia (2005) and the State of New York (2014) and serves as a Professor of Corporations at the Universidad del Rosario.
