Carlos Fradique-Méndez is Managing Partner at Brigard Urrutia with 30 years' experience advising on banking, capital markets, private equity, infrastructure and financing transactions. He is licensed to practise in Colombia and is a member of the New York State Bar, and has held senior public-sector and international-firm roles including Chief Legal Officer at Colombia's Ministry of Finance and an associate role at Shearman & Sterling in New York.
