Juan Felipe Reyes Rodríguez is Director at Parra Rodríguez Abogados and has led the firm’s aviation law practice since 2011, with over twenty years of experience in both the public and private sectors, including service as an air transport advisor to several Directors of Colombia’s Civil Aviation Authority and as a professor of Aviation Law. He advises international airlines on regulatory strategy, airline certification and operations in Colombia and serves as the principal legal representative of Volaris México and Volaris Costa Rica in Colombia.
