Sebastián Cortez is a Partner at Pérez Bustamante & Ponce in Ecuador who focuses on energy matters, exploration and exploitation of natural resources, and infrastructure projects, advising companies on regulatory issues related to their operations. He is frequently invited to join companies’ senior management committees to advise on legal risks and also works on corporate, environmental and dispute resolution matters.
