Partner at Pérez Bustamante & Ponce who specializes in tax, customs and international trade with a special emphasis on investment and the use of tax incentives for public‑private partnerships; she also has extensive experience in tax and customs litigation and advises clients in the food & beverage, automotive, pharmaceutical, technology and consumer sectors. She has held senior government and judicial positions in Ecuador and is a long‑standing professor of tax law at Ecuadorian universities.
