Partner at Miranda & Amado based in Peru, focusing on the financial industry and capital markets. He has led legal teams on more than 60 international offerings (debt instruments, hybrids and securitisations) totaling approximately US$42 billion, advises banks and financial institutions on regulation, derivatives, M&A, investment funds and fintech matters, became a partner in 2003 and served as managing partner (2010–2017) and as executive secretary of Affinitas (2018–2023).
