Associate at Rodrigo specializing in labor and social security law, advising on individual and collective labor matters including workplace harassment, equality and non-discrimination, termination mechanisms, social security, and occupational safety and health. She has handled sexual harassment investigations, termination procedures and labor inspections, served as a teaching assistant at PUCP (2009–2013), and is a member of the Board of Directors of APERHU.
