Partner at Rodrigo who leads the firm's Tax Law practice, specializing in tax consulting, consumption taxation and tax litigation and advising on complex matters including derivative financial instruments, trusts, extractive industries, mergers & acquisitions and digital services. He represents clients in major tax proceedings, has held leadership roles including president of the Peruvian chapter of the International Fiscal Association (2010–2012) and chair of several tax committees (AmCham Peru; National Society of Mining, Oil and Energy) and has chaired CONFIEP's Tax Committee since 2021; he has taught at PUCP and is widely recognized by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, Latin Lawyer, Lexology Index and ITR.
