Partner at Rodrigo specialising in energy, infrastructure and concessions, public-private partnerships, public regulation and international arbitration, with extensive experience on power (hydroelectric, solar, wind) projects, high-voltage transmission and electricity distribution concessions. Recognised by Chambers & Partners, IFLR and Legal 500 for Regulation, Competition and Transport Infrastructure; served as an international associate at Cleary Gottlieb (New York, 2012–2013) and was a professor of Mining and Energy Law at PUCP (2009–2019).
