Partner at Rodrigo who leads the firm's Public Services Regulation, Antitrust, Energy and Infrastructure & Concessions practices, advising companies in the energy, transportation infrastructure and sanitation sectors on regulatory matters, concession agreements and the structuring of private infrastructure initiatives. She also handles competition and merger-control matters, represents concessionaires before regulatory and granting authorities, has served as Director of PetroPerú, taught project finance and regulatory management, and is recognized by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Lexology Index.
