Víctor Ferro

Víctor Ferro is a Partner at Rubio Leguía Normand in Peru, practising in the firm's Labor, Social Security, Immigration and Aeronautical areas. He advises on complex labor matters (including strategic planning, compensation systems and stock options, expatriate hiring and visas, collective bargaining and dismissals, and labor audits) and on aeronautical issues such as administrative permitting and aircraft leasing; he is also a law professor, author and speaker who has served as an advisor to public bodies (including participation in labor law reform commissions and as a government technical delegate to the ILO) and has served as President of the Peruvian Society of Labor and Social Security Law.
