Andrés Aznarez

Andrés Aznarez is a corporate lawyer at Posadas in Uruguay who specializes in mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial law, infrastructure and foreign investment. He advises domestic and foreign companies and banking institutions on financial and commercial transactions including stock purchases, shareholder agreements, loans, project finance and infrastructure projects; he previously worked as a foreign associate at Machado Meyer (São Paulo) from 2014–2016 and was an Assistant Professor in Commercial Law at the University of Montevideo.
