Partner at BLP based in San José, Costa Rica, who leads the Projects, Energy & Infrastructure practice and oversees projects across Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Honduras. He focuses on corporate, infrastructure, energy and multilateral-related financing in emerging markets, has facilitated billions of dollars in investments and financings across Latin America and the Caribbean, and previously worked in the Global Projects, Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure group at Allen & Overy in Washington, D.C.
