Partner at BLP in Honduras with 24 years of experience advising on banking & finance, business law, tax and free zones. She focuses on international trade (customs regimes, Central American customs regulations, customs valuation adjustments and challenges) and tax matters including tax litigation, tax planning, special regimes, exemptions and credits; she was head of the Legal Advisory Department at the Executive Directorate of Revenues (DEI) for four years and contributed to the Legal Manual for Auditors Project (now the Tax Administration Service, SAR).
