Senior Associate at Facio & Cañas in Costa Rica, practicing in the Tax Department with a focus on administrative and judicial tax proceedings. He is Chair Professor of Tax Law at the University of Costa Rica, De La Salle and the Specialty Tax Program of FUNDEPOS University and is a former employee of the Costa Rican Treasury.
