She advises on sales and purchases, leasing, built-to-suit, sale and leaseback, real estate guarantees, surface rights, usufruct, easements, expropriation, real estate audits, structured operations, capital markets transactions, infrastructure projects, development structuring and real estate regularizations, and is a member of IBRADIM, ABRASCE, GRI Real Estate Brazil, the Rio de Janeiro Legal Alliance for Gender Equity and CONJUR Ademi Rio.
