Partner at Cescon Barrieu in Brazil, Lior Pinsky advises public companies, private equity and venture capital funds on local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, joint ventures and other strategic corporate transactions. He has worked across technology, telecommunications, mining, infrastructure, energy, industry and healthcare, planned and implemented a Brazilian firm's New York office, previously practiced as an international associate at a US law firm, and has been a professor in INSPER postgraduate courses for over a decade.
