Counsel at Pinheiro Neto Advogados based in Brazil, advising Brazilian and international clients on regulatory, contractual and transactional matters related to infrastructure and public law with a particular focus on the telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) sector. He has broad experience across mobile services, fiber optics, satellites, passive infrastructure and OTT platforms, and a strong transactional focus alongside experience in administrative and judicial litigation; international experience includes Holland & Knight (USA).
