Partner at Pinheiro Neto Advogados in Brazil advising clients on competition (antitrust), compliance and internal investigations, including antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions across sectors such as financial services, automotive, technology, healthcare and oil and gas. He served as general coordinator at the Brazilian antitrust authority (CADE), has extensive experience negotiating agreements and leniency programs with CADE, MPF, CGU and AGU, represents clients in administrative proceedings and litigation, and has international experience at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek.
