Senior Associate at Quijano & Associates in Panama, advising on banking and finance, capital markets, commercial law, corporate/M&A and government contracts with a focus on drafting and negotiating international and domestic agreements, securities, M&A and project financing. He previously served as Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and as Legal Advisor to the Office of the Minister of the Presidency and holds a Bachelor in Law and Political Science (Magna Cum Laude) from Universidad Santa María La Antigua and an LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center.
