Partner at Basham, Ringe y Correa with more than 24 years of experience advising on tax-customs matters, unfair trade practices, interpretation of treaties, and administrative issues, with a focus on optimizing federal operational instruments to benefit production and exportation. He is President of the Mexican Executives Foreign Trade Institute (IMECE) and has given conferences in Mexico and abroad on customs and foreign trade matters.
