Partner at Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C. focused on intellectual property law, with more than eleven years' experience advising on trademark protection (including international registration under the Madrid Protocol), domain names, copyright, geographical indications, cultural expressions, traditional knowledge, trade secrets and M&A-related IP due diligence. Previously served in the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), collaborating with WIPO and representing Mexico in international IP forums.
