Senior Partner at Becerril, Coca & Becerril (BC&B) who leads the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation group and focuses on intellectual property, domain name, consumer protection and regulatory litigation, as well as piracy and contract matters. He has 17 years of experience in intellectual property practice and 19 years of experience in litigation; he joined BC&B in 2005, was named an associate in 2013 and a junior partner in 2018, and holds a law degree and a Master's in International Law from Tecnológico de Monterrey with postgraduate studies at Georgetown Law Center and Trinity College Dublin.
