Partner at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C., whose practice focuses on corporate and international tax with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financings and capital markets. He advises private equity funds, financial institutions, multinational enterprises and technology companies on cross-border M&A and international tax matters; he joined Creel in 2016 and was promoted to partner in 2022, having previously worked in the New York office of a global firm providing US international tax advice to private equity funds.
