Partner at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C., who concentrates on project finance, including Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), and frequently represents project sponsors and developers across infrastructure, natural resource, industrial and energy projects from investment to exit. He also advises on corporate and foreign investment transactions, public biddings, state and municipal financing transactions, debt restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings, joint ventures and real estate, and has experience coordinating litigation proceedings.
