Partner at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C. whose practice focuses on tax controversy and litigation, advising and representing multinational companies in tax audits and mediations before the Mexican Taxpayers’ Advocate Office (PRODECON). He is a former head of PRODECON and serves as National Reporter (Mexico) for the IBFD Observatory on the Protection of Taxpayer’s Rights.
