Partner at Jáuregui y Del Valle, S.C., specializing in competition, regulatory and international trade matters, with extensive experience in customs regulation, anti-dumping/anti-subsidy and antitrust investigations. He has acted in more than 40 trade and antitrust investigations, served as panelist and party representative in multiple Chapter 19 panels, is on Mexico’s list of panelists for NAFTA/T‑MEC dispute mechanisms, and has been a professor of Administrative Law since 1985.
