Alejandro Díaz is Counsel (since 2020) and head of the Intellectual Property practice at Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes S.C., with more than 19 years of experience advising on trademarks, copyrights, IP litigation, privacy/data protection, domain dispute resolution, technology law, advertising regulation and licensing/franchising. He has a strong IP enforcement practice (including internet and social media matters), has handled criminal and border-measure proceedings, and has been named a Rising Star in Trademarks by Expert Guides (Legal Media Group) for two consecutive years; he is a member of AMPPI and INTA.
