Partner at OLIVARES based in Mexico; joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in January 2017, and co‑chairs the Litigation group. He advises on and litigates a broad range of IP matters — including patents, trademarks, unfair competition, trade dress and misleading advertising — and has particular experience with Mexico’s patent linkage system, clinical data protection and health‑sector regulatory disputes involving COFEPRIS and federal courts.
