Associate at Ritch, Mueller y Nicolau, S.C., Marta Loubet joined the firm in 2019 and has 14 years of experience in competition and antitrust, advising national and multinational companies on merger control, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations and on the development and implementation of compliance programs. Her sector experience includes energy projects, transportation, financial services, FMCG and TMT; she previously worked in competition teams in Mexico City, Brussels and Paris and served as a stagiaire at DG COMP (European Commission) and the French Council of State.
