Partner at EC Rubio in Mexico advising domestic and foreign companies on foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, major infrastructure projects, real estate acquisitions and government procurement with a transactional and corporate focus. He has extensive energy-sector experience, having served as General Counsel of the second-largest onshore oil drilling contractor for Pemex, and was admitted to practice in Mexico in 2007.
