Senior partner at FABREGA MOLINO in Panama whose practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, real estate, general transactional matters and tax, with emphasis on advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. He has experience on transactions across energy, healthcare, telecommunications, franchising and retail sectors and has served in public roles including Chief Legal Advisor to the Ministry of Government and Justice (1992–1993), Chief Legal Counsel to the Minister of Housing (1993–1994) and Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Social Security Administration of Panama (1999–2004).
