Associate at SUCRE ARIAS REYES in Panama, practising law since 2003 with a focus on civil litigation, contracts, inheritances and civil liability. He has prior experience as a judicial officer (1990–2006) and as an official in the Public Prosecutor’s Office (2006–2010), and has acted for the Attorney General before ICSID and in international chamber arbitration.
