Fernando Barros

Founding partner at Barros & Errázuriz in Chile with a practice focused on tax and corporate matters. Partner since 1988, he holds leadership and board roles, chairs SOFOFA’s Constitution and Public Guarantees Committee, and has academic experience as a professor and dean in commercial and economic law.
