Partner at Barros & Errázuriz based in Chile, Andrés Rodríguez advises on telecommunications, regulatory matters, data privacy and TMT issues. He previously served as Legal and Legislative Advisor at the Undersecretary of Telecommunications and holds an LL.M. from University College London and a Master of Regulatory Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
