Partner at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja in Argentina who joined the firm in 2020, advising and litigating on trademarks, patents, advertising and marketing law, privacy, Internet law and technology-related matters. Former President of Argentina's National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) who represented the Argentine Republic in negotiating Mercosur trade agreements with the EU, Canada, South Korea and EFTA and who has held leadership roles in AAAPI, GALA, INTA, MARQUES and WIPO.
