Carlos M. Rotman

نبذة

Partner and leader of Bruchou & Funes de Rioja’s Litigation, International Arbitration & Bankruptcy department, with a long career in commercial justice and extensive experience in complex dispute resolution, including litigation, domestic and international arbitration (ICC, Arbitration Court of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange) and bankruptcy proceedings. He has served as a commercial judge, presided over the National Commercial Court of Appeals, has been appointed as an ICC arbitrator, and is listed as an arbitrator by Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE) and the Centro Empresarial de Mediación y Arbitraje (CEMA).
