Partner at Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos since 1999, who leads one of the firm’s M&A groups and the Asia/Pacific desk. Advises national and foreign medium and large clients on acquisitions, corporate and commercial matters, due diligence and project agreements (including PPP, EPC and O&M), with significant experience representing Asian, particularly Chinese, investors in Chile.
