Partner at Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos with more than 14 years of experience in tax law, advising on local and international tax matters including corporate reorganizations, acquisitions and mergers, regulatory change and tax litigation. He teaches at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and is President of the local branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and Director of the Foundation for Systemic Tax Studies (FESIT).
