Rodrigo Ochagavía

Rodrigo Ochagavía is a Partner at Claro & Cia. in Chile with extensive experience in corporate finance, including banking and finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and energy; he has represented lenders, borrowers, issuers, governments and other market participants. He is a professor of Business Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, joined Claro & Cia. in 1997 and became partner in 2001, after earlier roles at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett (New York) and Carey & Cia.
