Partner at Beccar Varela and head of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Department, advising local and international clients on regulatory, corporate and litigation matters in the healthcare and life sciences sector. She joined Beccar Varela in 2003 and has worked in the field for more than ten years, advising on M&A and corporate matters including distribution and sales representation contracts and conducting in-plant assessments.
