Fernando Kreser is a partner at Beccar Varela (joined 2019) who advises on domestic and international arbitration as well as civil and commercial litigation, and assists clients on corporate and business matters. He represents local and international clients in complex disputes including construction, partnership and contractual disputes, damage claims and debt restructuring, and teaches Business Law in the MBA at Universidad del Salvador.
