Partner at Larrain y Asociados (joined 2013; partner since 2022) who advises on corporate and commercial law, M&A, real estate, and project development and financing. He holds an LL.B. from Pontificia Universidad Católica and an LL.M. from New York University (Fulbright Scholar), has practiced in New York as a foreign associate, and teaches Corporate Law at Universidad Católica de Chile.
